Our Purpose:
ic INTERNATIONAL is a coaching and leadership development company with bases in Scotland and Canada. The company was formally established in May 1997 with two purposes:
  • To create an organisation where people can work in the way which suits them, where they have every opportunity to fulfil their true ambitions, where their voice and their values really count and where they can experience a work environment which is challenging, inspirational and fun.
  • To work with you, our client, to show there is a 'better way of working' if we would only stand still long enough to find it ~ to remind ourselves of the things which are really important in life and to have the courage to make the choices which really make a difference to us as individuals, teams and organisations.

Our Principles:
ic INTERNATIONAL's portfolio includes clients in the private and public sector. The majority of projects carried out to date have been with companies facing change or growth. We use advanced coaching and facilitation techniques to assist you to better manage the change you face and to bring about positive results from this change.

Our basic principles are:

  • That companies achieve success by encouraging growth and personal development throughout their workforce.
  • There is a need to focus on turning 'traditional Managers' into 'Leaders'
    with the skills to positively impact on team and individual behaviours.
  • That individuals in organisations are capable of, and crying out for,
    greater levels of achievement, learning, contribution and fulfilment.
  • That we have a responsibility to inspire people in order that our organisations become communities which people want to belong to,
    where they are valued and enjoy a real sense of purpose and where success becomes a shared and motivating driver for everyone.

Our Impacts:
ic INTERNATIONAL has worked with individuals, leaders and teams across numerous industry sectors. Our experience shows that, as a result of the
tools and techniques we use, leaders will:

ic INTERNATIONAL's Coaches use accelerated learning, advanced facilitation and achievement coaching techniques and are able to demonstrate a track record in supporting and facilitating leadership and personal growth.

Our Team:
Our Coaches have personal experience of working as business managers in both the private and public sector, both in the UK and overseas and we seek actively to inject this experience where it can have most impact within your organisation. We aim to transfer our skills to key individuals in your organisation in order that long term change and growth can be sustained and continued without our ongoing support.

Each project we undertake is managed by a team, drawn from our network of national and international Coaches, whose experience best matches the particular needs of you, your team and your organisation.
